Our cold saw sharpening process ensures a consistent grind, every time. We take precise steps to ensure your blade lasts longer, offers higher production rates and provides the lowest cost per cut:
Our Technology
Loroch KSC710
We’re the first company in the United States with three Loroch KSC710 saw sharpening machines, the most advanced in the world. The Loroch’s computers can calculate the shape of any tooth, and special motors allow the grinding wheels to provide a smoother surface finish. Its robotic loading and unloading system allows us to automatically process hundreds of saw blades. Precision and safety are key: the Loroch double checks every parameter we enter into its computer, and flags all blade errors.
Laser Measuring System
Quinn Saw was one of the first companies in the Unites States to use a laser measuring system. Instead of manually entering measurement data, this system automatically identifies and records a blade’s diameter, thickness and number of teeth. Using this information, it can then identify the type of blade and its required sharpening method. Human error is entirely removed: no counting errors, no typos. Your blade is returned to you with the exact same parameters.
Transor Filtration System
Using chilled oil, our machines remove all heat from the grinding process, keeping your blade cool throughout. The Transor Filtration System keeps this coolant clean to prevent grit from recirculating. Just like an oil filter that keeps your car’s engine running strong, our system ensures that the machines processing your blades work efficiently and safely.
